Gatserelia Design is a high-end hospitality interior design and architecture from Beirut, Milan. The company has won a well-reputable stature in the world of design, with an international team of architects, designers, landscape designers and consultants, that draws on excessive research and practice in adopting a holistic philosophy approach to functionality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability and a great understanding of spatial needs.
Vienna Restaurant is stylish, exclusive and cosmopolitan and its contemporary architecture seamlessly blends with its heritage-protected surroundings. Located in the Golden Quarter, the Vienna restaurant is set over two floors and can seat over one hundred and thirty people with additional space located at the bar.
The restaurant’s design is characterised by its powerful lines, select choice of materials and contemporary finishes. The absence of perfect geometry in the existing site allowed Gatserelia Design to embrace a unique layout and style that satisfies through to its decor, containing geometrical and sculptured elements that direct the eye to smaller social settings.
A soft colour palette has been used in the upholstery of the chairs, injecting colour and warm tones whilst differentiating the use of space, from the bar to lounge seating. The staircase is wrapped around the elevator, encasing it with beautiful geometric glass and brass cladding. The design connects the Robata Grill to the sushi bar, merging the design of the ceiling, creating a unified presence.
Gatserelia Design selected Badoglio imperial marble to contrast with the warmer, shimmering tones of the copper walls and ceiling panels, polished to subtly reflect movement and lighting within the space. Refining luxury, leather has been meticulously inserted to the bar and walls, complemented with the soft grains of the American walnut used on the tables.
