Located in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, The Draycott is a European-inspired with a Californian twist brasserie, which evokes a sense of nostalgia of a grand European brasserie mixed with a vibrant fair and mesmerising colour palette that has been inspired by its Californian location.
The Draycott takes pride in its bespoke design with meticulous attention to detail. Every item of furniture in the restaurant has been custom designed by Fettle, ensuring it matches the exact visiting and use for the interior.
Signature designs include the marble-topped bar in the heart the space with surrounding elements of the interior being symmetrically positioned to create high visual impact with a strong sense of uniformity and organisation.
The impressive dining chairs used throughout the restaurant take their inspiration from the traditional brasserie chair, enhanced and customised by its rich tan leather upholstery with added arm pads and stud-work detail.

Fettle has used a fresh and bold colour palette, referencing the restaurant’s location, creating a wonderful Californian ambience throughout. Stand-out design details include the coral-coloured pink ceiling with detailed cornice-work that sits alongside beautiful leather upholstery in mustard and opulent green tones.
The studio pairs multiple textures and finishes together, often in a two-tone style to add depth and character to furniture designs. The bar stool seats are upholstered in leather, providing a subtle reflection of light while the back pad uses mohair in a similar hue.
The matte finish of the mohair creates an elegant, yet soft, contrast to complete the design. Simple white walls with decorative frames provide a canvas for an ever-evolving collection of both local and European art to be displayed.
The terrace embraces the impressive Californian weather, providing a space for guests to wine and dine outside all year round. Overlooking Palisades Village Park, the garden contains all the comforts of the central restaurant interior, from the upholstered booth seating to the brass pendant lighting.
Fettle oriented the Riviera café style seating to look out over the terrace from the interior. Within the restaurant, every seat has a view of either of the impressive bar, the terrace or the park beyond.
Fettle’s ability to combine two luxurious worlds have set the bar high, creating a style-conscious dining destination where its guests immediately feel at home. The beautiful colour pallets and attention to the smallest of details showcase the restaurant’s ability to provide more than a service but an entire experience.
